The room had a wonderful Nile view. My Superior King Nile View included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed was firm , but very comfortable.
The taxi drivers outside the hotel were very persistent.

Excellent Nile-Side Hotel

The breakfast was complete and offered a beautiful view of the Nile plus the west bank mountain. I especially enjoyed the nightly dance show. Diaa Hassan helped me with great kindness, and I thank all hotel members. I found the check-in process smooth, and the receptionist gave a detailed explanation of payment and billing procedures. The outdoor areas offered fantastic views of the Nile, especially at sunset. I also saw the mountains, where the Valley of the Kings is located.
The hotel seems a little tired, and a fresh coat of paint could improve the overall look. I noticed that the number of chairs around the pool was insufficient.

pleasant environmentcracking soundunstable door
the gardens were well maintained and provided a pleasant environment.
i found several issues . the toilet door, which was quite disruptive. also , the sliding door to the bath area did not close fully and seemed unstable.

I found the food had a lot to choose from. The interior are beautiful and the view are great. The pool staff were attentive to all guests.
The gym doesnt have the best machines for isolated muscle training. I had to walk a bit to get taxis to the airport. There are no water on the room and the price is too high.

the staff were fantastic, especially mohamed in the saqqara bar. he was friendly, polite, and attentive! the pool staff were also amazing, they made sure we had everything we needed. we have been visiting this hotel for years and will continue to do so.
the evening meal was a buffet with lots to eat. however, the meat was fatty, grisly, or bony. it was also tough. the food quality could improve.

Ninos italian restaurant provided a relaxed atmosphere! eltayeb provided great service. I had the vegetarian pizza. the staff accommodated my special requests and the pizza had light fluffy dough.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Observed

I encountered some issues . The room looked quite worn. Its furnishings seemed more suited to a three-star hotel. I experienced a couple of power outages. The resolution time varied from a few minutes to nearly half an hour. I found the hotel restaurants satisfactory, but their prices were comparable to those in Europe.
